Royce Glynn Orman

Royce Glynn Orman passed away peacefully on September 16, leaving behind a lifetime of memories, laughter, hard work, and love that will remain in our hearts forever.

Glynn was born on March 22, 1949, in Rosser, Texas to his parents Jessie Lynn and Horace Orman. Glynn graduated from Rosser High School and went on to earn a degree from Henderson County Junior College where he studied AG Science. On November 23, 1974, he married Vicky Woody in Seagoville, Texas. They had their daughter, Misty Orman, on September 12, 1977. Him and his brothers started a farming operation farming ten thousand acres. They then started Village Plant Farm and Orman Brothers trucking Co. in the 1990’s. He was part of the Rosser Volunteer fire department for 53 years. He also loved making yard art and flying his airplane which he checked crops with and used recreationally.

Glynn was a hardworking, strong-willed, and truly one-of-a-kind man. He was the kind of person who believed in working hard, taking care of his family, and never being afraid to tell you exactly what was on his mind. He had a wonderful sense of humor and a personality that could fill a room. His stories, his laughter, and the little things he did every day are memories that his family will treasure for generations to come.

Glynn will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his beloved wife, Vicky Orman; his daughter, Misty Vasquez and husband Enrique Vasquez; granddaughters, Madison Rinehart-Lee and husband Ethan Lee and Mailey Rinehart; and great-granddaughters Florence Rinehart-Lee and Daphne Rinehart-Lee.

Though our hearts are broken by his absence, we are grateful for every memory, every lesson, every laugh, and every moment we were blessed to have with him.

His work here is finished, but his love and legacy will live on through all of us.
