Funeral service for Ruby E. Reschke, age 83, of Kaufman, Texas will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday December 30, 2021, at Anderson Clayton Funeral Home of Kaufman. Interment will follow the service at Wilson Chapel Cemetery in Kaufman, Texas. Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 P.M. on Wednesday December 29, 2021 at Anderson Clayton Funeral Home of Kaufman. Ruby Estelle Reschke passed away December 26, 2021.

Ruby Was born on July, 8 1938, in Henderson County, Texas, to John and Elizebeth Parson. She married Raymond Reschke on February 11, 1956. Ruby was a homemaker, she enjoyed gardening and growing beautiful flowers. Her home was a gathering place of her family whom she loved dearly.

She is survived by her husband, Raymond Reschke; brother Jerry Parson and sister Faye Roy; daughter, Sherry Fleetwood and husband Robert Fleetwood; grandchildren, David Bearden and wife Rebecca, Tracy Collum, Misty Whitmore and husband Lennie, Willie Copeland and wife Amanda and Damon Copeland; 17 great grandchildren; 19 great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. Ruby is preceded in death by her parents John and Elizebeth Parson, daughter Brenda Lindsey, and 7 brothers and sisters.
