Vickie Usrey

Vickie Usrey, a devoted wife and mother, passed away on April 11, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. She was born on July 9, 1973, in Salinas, California.

Vickie was known for her kind heart and creative spirit. She found joy in collecting antique cookware, exploring arts and crafts, and amassing an impressive array of salt and pepper shakers.

She is preceded in death by her parents James and Elizabeth Harms, and her sister Katherine Langford. Vickie is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Doug Usrey, her daughter Sarah Usrey, sons Doug Jr. Usrey and Marcus Usrey, granddaughter Serenity Spivey, brother Jamie Harms, and dear family friend Zandiee Hurtado. Additionally, she leaves behind a multitude of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other beloved family members and friends.

A Memorial Service to honor Vickie's life will be held on May 4, 2024, at Anderson - Clayton Funeral Home in Kaufman, Texas.

Vickie Usrey will be deeply missed but forever remembered for her warmth, creativity, and the love she shared with all who knew her. May she rest in eternal peace.
